Objective	This class teaches you how to quickly design parts using the advanced solids capabilities of CATIA. The instructor will teach you optimal methods for designing with solids so you can make design changes quickly and easily. You will add draft to solids and be taught how to analyze solids for interference and mass properties.

Content	Create primitive shapes & combine them together using union, subtract, split, & intersect operations. Extract wire frame; trim surfaces, skins, and volumes from a solid. Modify your solid designs using basic parametric operations. Apply and modify fillets and features. Analyze solids for interference conditions & calculate volume, weight, surface area, & center of gravity. Add draft to your solid part design.
